1. Contract

You or saperience may terminate this contract at any time. Certain rights and obligations remain in force even after termination.

6. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or its breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation or validity, including determining the scope or applicability of this Dispute Resolution Policy.

7. General Terms and Conditions

This User Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and saperience and supersedes all prior agreements.

8. Rules of Behaviour for Users

You undertake to comply with all applicable laws and not to provide any false information. Misuse of the services is prohibited.

9. Complaints About Content

If you believe that content on saperience violates your rights, you can report it via our designated procedure.
