Job Description

consubai is seeking a seasoned SAP EWM Functional Consultant for a pivotal role in data migration projects. This opportunity is structured as a 12-month contract with minimal travel requirements, necessitating only two weeks of on-site engagement throughout the duration of the contract.

Role Overview:

The SAP EWM Functional Consultant at consubai will be instrumental in guiding teams through the intricacies of SAP implementation. Responsibilities encompass a broad spectrum of activities, including:

  • Leading business workshops for blueprinting and planning phases.
  • Conducting thorough analyses of legacy data, ensuring the quality of data load files, overseeing the testing of data load quality, guiding user testing and approval of the data load process, and contributing to the development of specifications for automated data migration rules.
  • Executing high-level analyses of client business processes and requirements to align project data migration strategies with client needs, offering tailored solutions.
  • Detailing customer requirements to devise custom solution specifications.
  • Providing strategic direction to SAP BODS/ADM development teams on solution realization, and engaging in coding, testing, documentation, and maintenance activities as needed.
  • Collaborating closely with the Data Migration team to outline data migration prerequisites, project planning, load scheduling, testing procedures, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8 years of comprehensive experience in SAP MM/WM/eWM implementations or rollouts.
  • At least 3 years of experience with S/4 HANA MM/WM/eWM implementation or rollout projects.
  • Profound expertise in SAP S/4 HANA data migration, specifically in the areas of SAP MM/WM/eWM Master/transaction data. This includes familiarity with Material Masters, Vendors (BP), Purchasing Information Records, Source List, Storage Bins, Warehouse Product Master (EWM), Control Cycles (EWM), Handling Units, Material Inventory, Free Goods, and Purchase Agreements.
