As an independent consultant, I provide IT management and SAP project management services. My expertise includes developing roadmaps, business cases, and governance frameworks, as well as implementing and transforming IT units. I specialize in moving organizations to agile and DevOps methodologies, ensuring delivery and operational excellence. Key areas of focus include stakeholder management, vendor management, financial planning, risk and compliance management, and people management.

Leading the GALILEO project, which involves implementing SAP S/4HANA for procurement, financial accounting, managerial accounting, and transport asset management. The project also integrates SAP S/4H with VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) on the OpenText platform, enhancing invoice-handling processes with AI capabilities. The project spans Lithuania, Poland, and six legal entities, involving five implementation partners and approximately 150 team members.

Managed the SAP Center of Excellence, promoting business innovations and simplifications via SAP Best Practices. Aligned business strategy with SAP roadmap, managed SAP-related audits, controls, and licensing, and ensured SAP landscape stability. Responsibilities included people management, vendor management, financial planning, and steering SAP projects towards migration to SAP S/4HANA.

Led IT teams and services in CFO-centric areas, including sourcing, procurement, logistics, finance accounting, and business control. Focused on aligning business strategy with IT roadmaps, scaling support models, and driving SAP solutions based on the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

Oversaw IT services and strategy in the supply chain area, managing competency development, stakeholder and vendor management, and change management. Led SAP S/4HANA greenfield implementation projects using the SAFe methodology.
