SAP Test Manager – Dublin with Remote Flexibility – Long-Term Contract
Job Description
Contectic is actively seeking a qualified SAP Test Manager to support one of our clients in finalizing their S4 HANA deployment. This role offers a blend of on-site work in Dublin, supplemented with the flexibility of remote work arrangements.
Role Details:
- Position: SAP Test Manager
- Location: Dublin with options for remote work
- Start Date: ASAP
- Contract Length: Initial 12-month period with the possibility of extension
- Working Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week
- Language Requirement: English
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong leadership and exceptional communication skills.
- Proven experience in managing testing operations for large-scale SAP implementations.
- Familiarity with HP ALM for defect management, test lab, and test execution purposes.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP S4 deployment processes.
- Ability to coordinate a comprehensive testing effort, involving over 100 testers and managing more than 4000 test scripts.
- Proficiency in generating ALM status reports and creating/maintaining status update dashboards.
- Capability to define and monitor the readiness and execution of test cycles through established criteria.
- Experience in training personnel on ALM usage.
- Comprehensive ALM management skills, including requirements loading, test plan building, test lab management, and establishing test traceability.
- Expertise in test and defect management, including monitoring testing activities, defect triage, generating test/defect metrics, and creating status dashboards.
