1. Introduction

saperience respects the copyrights of third parties and is committed to providing a platform that does not infringe such rights. In accordance with our User Agreement, all information published by users must be accurate and legally compliant and must not infringe the copyrights of third parties. To ensure this, saperience has established procedures to handle complaints about copyrighted content.

2. Complaint Procedure for Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyright has been infringed by any content on saperience, please notify us using a special form or in writing with the following information:

  • The signature of a person authorised to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that has allegedly been infringed.
  • A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
  • A description of where the material in question is located on saperience.
  • Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notification is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

Please submit your complaint via our online complaint form or by mail to the address specified in saperience’s legal notice.

3. Counter-Complaints

If content has been removed as a result of a copyright complaint and you believe that this was a mistake, you have the right to submit a counter-complaint. For this we need:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled in error or as a result of misidentification of the material.
  • Your contact information and a statement that you are subject to the jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over your place of residence or, if you reside outside the United Arab Emirates, the jurisdiction of the place where saperience is located.

Please submit your counter-complaint via our online form or by post to the address given in the legal notice.

4. Complaints About Other Content

For complaints that do not concern copyright infringements (such as trademark infringements or misrepresentations), please contact us using our contact form. Further information can be found in our guidelines and help sections.

5. Liability

Please note that you are fully responsible for the content of your complaint or counter-complaint. You may be held legally liable if you provide false information. It is recommended that you seek legal advice if you are unsure.

This policy may be updated by saperience at any time to reflect new legal requirements or changes in our operations.
